Acceleration towards SDGs: How to identify the top performers?

This introduces a methodology for identifying top performers in various aspects of sustainable development. Top performers demonstrate faster progress compared to historically observed progress patterns. The methodology can be applied to identify countries that are relatively making faster progress for each of the SDGs or transformative areas (or ‘entry points’) identified in the Global Sustainable Development Report (GSDR) 2019 or the SDSN (2019) report.
